No, this would be the conjugated Bavi patent, though I would read it as applying to a conjugated BetaBody also (disclaimer, I have been drinking and do not claim to have really read it closely).

By "conjugated" that means attaching a potent chemo agent to the antibody. It was often called "armored" as opposed to "naked" (with bavi being "naked").

The concept (and implementation) would apply equally to betabodies, but this is not the BB patent per-see.

[Actually, it might work somewhat better in bbs. If bbs really do improve the pk/pd of bavi, then that better targets the chemo]
