ERIE, PA--(Marketwired - May 23, 2014) - Fortitude Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FRTD) announced today that they were made aware of an SEC suspension of the company's common stock.

Thomas J. Parilla, CEO of Fortitude, stated, "We are aware of the SEC suspension applied to our common stock and although we are unaware of any wrong doing, we are prepared to cooperate with FINRA and the SEC to rectify this matter and bring the company back into compliance.
