the cannabis card launches in Q3 JULY-SEPT, the exact sametime that recreational mj sales kick off in washington, the main reason ADCS established a joint venture with SING is because the CEO of SING already has years of experience in successfully launching prepaid cards. its also good news that ADCS established another jv with greenstar which will bring about immediate revenues via the dispensary accounts they have access to once june 1st hits but just wait until Q3 rolls around and the card is launched at the same time recreational marijuana sales begin. the same big boom that occurred in jan when marijuana was first legalized in colorado will happen here but on a much larger scale.
