Renee Tuesday, 05/27/14 04:52:57 PM Re: IPO$ post# 1023 Post # of 1030 Once a stock's registration is revoked a company can submit a Form 10 in the hope the SEC might re-register their stock, but my observations are that the SEC won't approve a Form 10 when a company was egregiously delinquent in filing Financials and could have prevented the revocation in the first place. Ain't saying it can't happen, but I don't know of any revoked registrations obtaining re-registered stock. To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
