I hope you had a nice holiday weekend.
The problem with these types of posts is they don't seem to care about any
actual documented facts.
I am assuming when he says #5 is coming he thinks we have reverse the stock 4
times.
The actual documented facts are I got involved with this company on June 23,
2008 (Which is almost 6 years ago) and during that time period we have done 1
reverse and we have no desire or plans to do another one.
As for paying our bills - we pay 100% of our bills with cash. The only stock
issued has been to long-term investors who bought convertible notes over 1 year
ago (and most between 3 and 5 years ago) that are just trying to get the shares
they invested in a long time ago and they have agreed to continue to take much
less than they are owed for multiple years now.
These types of bloggers don't do any real due diligence and they don't really
care about the company or the shareholders they just like to short penny's and
create fear to help their cause.

you guys looking to load,,, you got to be kidding me . will you ever learn. this
stock ,with this CEO is going nowhere any time soon.he does not like to pay his
bill with profits ,,he keep adding shrs upon shrs until its time for a
rev/split.(again)#5 will come.
