Revenues from Yellow are guaranteed because film distributors and/or houses showing them have to buy rights to show them and there are fixed licensing costs...I think Manu needed abt 4 months of GSA covered so he got with some toxic trolls to tie him over back in November last year hence massive shares going through. You can't get trolling financing today and get them converted into equity on the same day...just doesn't work like that due to Rule 144.
