Not even blue chip stocks don't use there o/s. This board sounds crazy about dilution. The a/s has not gone up in years. The most they ever used their o/s was the last 6 months because products are finally coming out or already out. Ask any financial expert to read the report and they will all say the same after they look up the company the shares went to.
