My point is, some folks seem to believe that there is no 5 employee limit because they aren't making oils, extracts etc. But as I've said before, those are not the only value added activities in existence. That is why I'm asking JohnnyLightning where he finds that Health Canada will not allow any of those activities on-site.



Another good point! Is there a clause from one or the other based on what they are producing?
