Actually Yes! CBIS doesn't need to dilute shares They have the funding needed. I know we disagree and I respect that. Trying to re-write a PR is really funny to me! No worries about CBIS and the Research, Develpment, and Treatment they are achieving in several countries around the World. Their medical products will help millions of people.
