You're already "non reporting"

It's not even a question. UBRG spent all their time issuing worthless press releases and chose to not file.

It's funny, if you ask me...

They issued a press release talking about throwing a party "summit" where they would discuss doing better things for shareholders and then in the very next week, they forgot to file their 10Q.
