You're right. All he did with shareholder money was sponsor the series, own one of the cars, and sponsor a couple others. He was barely involved at all. This SHARE SELLING SCAM exists solely to provide the CEO with money to live out his racing dreams, be that driving, owning, or sponsoring. As long as he's at the track and involved he's happy.
