I have read the explanations of all the ones thinking the 1.8 billion share sell/buy was something good coming. This explanation by Seaam seems most logical to me when you consider the company's past track record. I think Peter screwed the last few buyers. I hope I am wrong but I gave up on getting my money back months ago. These buyers were hoping for one more flip. They gambled and lost. PVEC got more cash.
