It's always darkest, just before the dawn. No doubt that CHRI, and some of it's brothers in the CHinese sector, have been badly beaten down.
But in 40 years of investing, I have definitely seen out of favor sectors suddenly come back. That could happen in this sector as well-- will just take some factor that we don't see right now.
