The 10Q said it started in April. As I recall, it did not give an exact date for when the pilot program started, but in any case the payments and the calculations are all 'on the first date of the month' kinda thing.

I would assume that everything is pushed back one month from what the 8K said.

However it's likely already had oil pumping through it for two months. They must know at this point whether it works or not. It's going to be nuts if this goes off.
