You know, the Florida court could say that the certification issue is out of its jurisdiction and not at issue in the current case, and it's only going to decide who has rightful possession of the physical cert documents (i.e., whether AP wrongfully took them from the office in Florida as alleged in the complaint), and say that if AP wants to contest the validity of the certs themselves he will have to file a separate suit in Nevada where a court has proper jurisdiction over that issue. Thus begins another long process of filing and waiting into 2015 and beyond...
