As for Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (the Shanghai listed entity), here (http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/600108:CH/profile) and here (http://www.yasheng.com.cn/w/) I don't think there is any relationship with HERB. Except that both are owned by Gansu YaSheng Salt Industrial Group (the mother company).
