its been mentioned on here that its best to wait until the last min to buy in. thats why the pr doesn't say more and causes all this speculation in my opinion because we don't want to reward fake investors who plan to buy just to dump the shares later. But the pr is plain 1 share per share of wntr. why can't we just accept that.?
