I liked the PR. Here's why.......

*We have been aggressively executing our business plan and will continue to do so.

*We have previously announced the acquisition of several brands that we will be bringing to market shortly and are actively pursuing additional brands to add to our portfolio.

*We are in advanced discussions regarding such new acquisitions and will update the market in a timely manner on our progress.

*Top Shelf Brands Holdings Corp. has been cooperating with FINRA and has recently been in contact in order to finally receive clearance for the new stock symbol. We are also working with DTC to have any and all chills removed.

*Upon the removal of the chill we will file all of the necessary paperwork which has already been completed to become a fully reporting OTCQB status.

*We will also update the market on our initial launch of the products we have already acquired. This is truly an exciting time for Top Shelf Brands Holdings Corp.

As I stated, the hearing may not even happen and the complaint may be dropped. Huffy is in a place where he never intended to be. Team Zo was not suppose to know about the replevin hearing, MUCH LESS VIGOROUSLY fight it. It's a non-issue at this point......except for the other side. They have no defense of the mere existence of those CERTS. Removing ClearTrust doesn't excuse their name from being brought up. They printed those CERTS. The 4 former directors sold them, and Huffy was the attorney of record.

I truly believe he will reach out to the court and apologize for bringing the complaint. I guarantee you this, he's really SORRY another hearing is scheduled. I imagine their will be pressure from Kyle Kennedy and Bruce Pollock to drop the claim of ownership. It back fired.

It happens.

Please note: Today is the most special of days. We honor the fallen who died for our FREEDOM, including the freedom to debate. I thought the PR was a home run and I believe the other side has dug themselves a very deep hole. But understand I wanted the case to be over as well. It will be. And I believe more strong PR's are forthcoming long before 8/14, regardless of the suggestions there won't be and the latest "won't cut it".
