What about the misleading management practices? ... Why did PPHM disclose a relevant info only to the potential purchasers of the Preferred?


In an e-mail distributed by the book-runner ... it was stated that the Liver Results were expected to be disclosed in May. Public investors had not been kept in the loop.

Unfortunately, May is almost over ... and ... no Liver Results have been presented! ... eheh


The management is simply taking advantage of you.
