On4/Netcents whatever you want to call this scam everyone is getting taken for a ride."Fully functioning payment process" yeah right. Who is using this fully functioning system? Who are they and where are they using it? What companies are using this system. Where are the general public using this system. Does anyone know a single person that has actually used this system to buy something.If so can you tell me what they used it on I would love to know. Does fully functioning mean that a conceptual thought of something working constitute a fully functioning system? I don't think so. Just some thoughts to think about.
