From the PR " The 3 Billion shares will be returned to treasury on or before filing the financial statements with OTC markets."

The previous PR indicates the company received approval to hire a securities councel to address their reporting status to the OTC markets.

Only a matter of time until we are current with 3 billion shares retired.
