I was doing some 10Q reading about one of our note holders and this caught my

Justin Keener:

Justin Keener is the Principal and Portfolio Manager of JMJ Financial, a privately-held
investment firm that invests in small cap publicly traded companies.

I'm wondering if this could be the same person listed in this FINRA article?

If it's the same person it seems that FINRA has been watching his actions for some time.
