Okay Friends. .Let's consider the full context as-of-now...

Friday's PR assures and reassures all Shareholders and prospective
Shareholders that Corporate matters are proceeding ahead regarding
the unfolding, expansion, and growth of TEMN / Top Shelf Brands Holdings Corp.

That's GREAT!$

The Hearing on Thursday, August 14 -- the earliest-possible date
available on the Docket -- however, hangs like a sword-of-Damocles
above all else.

NOT that it, in-and-of itself, necessarily precludes, forestalls, or renders
ANYTHING that TEMN / Top Shelf is doing and SHALL BE doing "Illegal,"
improper, or not prudent/wise AT THIS TIME.

STILL, this damn Legal issue or bone-of-contention -- despite ALL
ODDS being that the Hearing/"issue" will be Resolved and Adjudicated
in CEO Alonzo Pierce's / the Company's favor -- functions and acts
as a psychological impediment / impairment. It just plain gums-things-up.
Sigh...(frustration!) I dread and despise this, I absolutely HATE this.


FOR EXAMPLE, this impending Hearing COULD BE/Become:

--- Conducted/Concluded/Resolved/ Adjudicated IN ONE DAY, in Zo's/"our"
favor...or NOT in Zo's/"our" favor, however unlikely THAT result may appear
at THIS time.

--- Regardless of WHICH Party "WINS," the Hearing's Verdict
COULD BE Appealed. ...gack

--- The Hearing COULD "drag on" for Days...WEEKS, even!

--- The Date of the Hearing itself COULD BE Delayed / Postponed until...?
...um, until who knows?

--- Speaking/writing strictly IMO, I DO believe that the Hearing WILL conclude
the same day, or in two-or-three days, in Zo's/"our" favor. ...The ODDS?
I'd put them at 90-95%.

--- Of course, THAT leaves ODDS of 5%--10% that ANY of the OTHER
possible scenarios and outcomes above COULD transpire and come-to-pass.


My confidence and "faith" in this Stock AND in Management remain unshaken.
I shall Add (small increments because I'm "out of ammo") and HOLD Long-Term.
All possibilities aside, TEMN/Top Shelf IS A WINNER!$
