Here are an example of two of the lenders that filed SC-13G]s of 9.99 percent of the outstanding shares on May 2012 days before the converting..You claim they don't hold shares? Please explain the filings of just an example of the two largest lenders that collectively owned close to 20 percent of the outstanding days before the conversion..Thanks in advance..And can you please post in the filings that states that they can convert and sell and to convert and hold on to shares? tia.....They can convert 4.5 billion shares but can only hold 1.44 billion collectively according to the lenders maximum allowed holdings. Three lenders can hold 9.99 percent and two lenders can hold 1 percent according to the SEC filings. Wolf
