The 8k from 8/27/13 seems to indicate that Effingham industrial authority is paying up to 300mil towards the construction of the project and MDNT will be leasing it and running it. From various news articles I have read it would seem, the only costs that they will have to pay is for the plans, studies and design. That is why I think this giant mediaplex is possible! Read it an let me know if you feel the same way. I know the politicians around this area are going wild for the idea especially given the opportunity to compete with Atlanta's growing film production. As long as Manu doesn't dilute this to close to the A/S, this has serious potential to be absolutely massive as construction continues over the next year.
