Hard, I don't know but, With the low volume under 25 mil the last few days tells me that they have covered their costs to get the project moving forward and have not issued any further shares into the flow at this time. I may be right or wrong. The bid and ask also improved. IMHO Issuing more shares is the only way to rise the funding necessary since financial institutions would consider it to be a long term liability and risk. Most of the opinion on this board stated that this is a scam. Maybe, maybe not. I do not know what is going on with their daily operations. To me,when I see regular filings and press releases only indicated that this is an active company.I would take the chance and have a position here. IMHO you take the risk. It could or not pay off. IMHO GLTA
