I can understand your frustration, at this point if you don't get a call from PVEC probably means they have you on their list and your certs are ready to go. I get calls cause they cant find me anywhere and I own 10's of millions of shares. So the accounts they're having problems with are the ones they are concentrating on. Only reason I got a call is because I called and left my name and address, they called back to say they cant find me anywhere, but have kept me up to date on what they and TD AMeritrade are doing on a daily basis and so is Ameritrade, so I feel comfortable that we will be getting them. Hang in there.
