I keep hearing " if you did your DD" sit back and relax. Well if you really did read the sec docs then most would come to same conclusion. This is high risk unprofitable, one product company, that spends way beyond its needs , and is not suited for Ira funds or investors not prepared to loose 100 % of their investment . They also had a very negative history and pattern of insiders printing cash while shareholders got a fistful of dilution. Any pro recommending zero to friends and family without a major warning about the high risk should have his head examined
