Decided after some hesitation to post some thoughts about what is going on:

KMA's management feels very confident that during this month of May we will finally be able to make a official announcement.....

This is NOT a timeline...it simply states that mgmt feels that the reins that have been holding them back will finally be lifted and it is clear to me anyway that they have been led to believe this by the 3rd party (regulatory agency, probably SEC).

The May 1 posting also backs this up:

This month should prove to be the turning point in the long awaited KMAG saga. Smile our time is near.

I still hold out much hope it WILL happen this week, but this is NOT KMAG's call....it is the 3rd party's call and they are notorious for working on their schedule, not yours or mine or anyone elses.

To me, it' all good (but, I'm an actual shareholder that has the ability to WAIT)...if it happens by June 1, fantastic....if not, I know we are certainly very close (unless things change again).

It's also all good because if it doesn't happen exactly on the timeframe that others have imposed, you can bet we'll hear lots of noise here designed to throw more mud at JR and KMAG (actually, the defamatory noise has never stopped)....and it might give us another additional chance for cheaper shares before things change here for the better for good.

Yep, guess I'm a lemming to some, but oh how wise we'll (all the loyal KMAG shareholders) be when KMAG re-emerges.
