Tell ya what:
Lets start list the broken promises compared to the things he has said he would do and has actually kept his word.

I'll start:
Jr promised audited financials 20 months ago and has not delivered. No need for anyone to argue that point because its absurd to argue over semantics. Also absurd is the 3rd party holdup unless the auditor wont sign off on it (see what happened to CDF* when this happened), OR the lawyer won't let him release it. Either one is a bad sign.
Example:
You get with a contractor to paint your house. They give you a price and tell you that you must pay up front. You write the check and 20 months later, your house is STILL not painted but the guy three doors down has gotten his house painted the same color as your house by the same company. Add to this, you know he hired them 3 weeks ago. So you approach the company and ask how is it that your house is still not painted and you've been waiting 20 months. Only answer you get is that Sherwin Williams (ie "the third party") has been dragging their feet shipping the paint. ROFL!! Would anyone in their right mind say that "oh its sherwin williams fault" or "well they need more time" or, and I really love this one: "well since they didnt promise when they would do it it's all ok". Meanwhile the neighborhood association is having a meeting to discuss your house bringing down property values because of the terrible condition of the paint. LOL.

Ok so thats one that he hasnt done.
What did he say he would do that he has actually done?
