Another long day, but looks the same here at DSCR.
For people wondering weather to invest in DSCR or not, read the DD and understand that it is going to take some time for everything to come together.
My average position is at .00268 and could care less if this goes lower. I sure would not want to come back here in a couple months wondering why I didn't a least figure out what DSCR was about.
There is some great people here that will answer your questions, but before asking do your DD. Read everything that is above on this board. You might find, like I did that this fits the investment I have been looking for. GLTA
