This type of deal [with IR and companies like them] are usually (not all the time) done with companies with little to no revenues, 1 to 4 employees, "products are in the pipline" with ficticious contracts, and their address is a business that contains PO Boxes. And the way to pay debt is through heavy dilution ... and the phrase we hear alot in pennyland: wash, rinse, repeat.
APT is NOT this type of company, and most of us here know this. Now they're goal (along with going public as their own entity, absorbing the Froz shell into their own Company dressed with their own ticker) is to get IR "out of their hair" once and for all.
