First off, it'd be libel.

She posted on facebook, slander is spoken. And it isn't libel. She sent a product to a lab, received the test results and shared them online only to get a follow up communication from the lab saying that the results they had previously given her were not 100% accurate. When she found out, she shared that information in the same manner she shared the flawed report.

If, after being told there was an error she knowingly posted the flawed report anyway without mentioning the error, then perhaps an argument for libel could be made.

She has nothing to worry about besides the health of her kid. I look forward to the corrected info being made available.
