OK, I see that contracts exist but they haven't collected any of the AR from them - and for the Q1 SKTO says:

No additional receivables have been accrued in the quarter ended March 31, 2014.


Sure sounds like real contracts.

They are so real that there were no additional AR in Q1.

As you can see there never was any contracts.
