Talk about a curve ball?

I don't understand this, they do positive things like close out the series N warrants? Close a public offering at $1.40 within before it's even available to public market?

They have a litigation ongoing to persue $50. Is that a NO GO anymore?

Then they put out a offering for $75M today?

They trading has been almost untrackable?

Any thoughts?
