They basically have to answer these questions.....

Finally, applicant must provide written responses to the following questions:
Do or will applicant’s identified services include the provision (whether for a fee or not) of marijuana, cannabis, marijuana-based or cannabis-based preparations, or marijuana or cannabis-based extracts or derivatives, synthetic marijuana, or any other illegal controlled substances to consumers or users of its services?
Do or will any of the nutritional supplements, herbs, health foods, dietary supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition products body care and fitness products contain “CBD” (Cannabidiol) as a significant ingredient?
Are the applicant’s goods/services lawful pursuant to the Controlled Substances Act?

They just need clarification on these matters. I'm sure RC has all his ducks in a row and that his legal counsel will handle this quickly.
