On 29-Jul-2010 the property was auctioned. Note the opening bid expected was $135K.



MOST AUCTIONS START AT A LOW BID THEN GO UP. THE COMPANY YOU MENTIONED DIDN'T DO IT BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CONNECTIONS.
