[Frustrated]

Since PVCT PR'd their submission for Breakthrough and their denied request does this mean pphm hasn't submitted a request for breakthrough or is this just a continuation of mgmt keeping shareholders in the dark? If they haven't done so to date do they have to PR it in the future? Also their application was submitted in March 2014 so it took about two months for a decision.
