If the financing was done today at 75% of today's low of 0.0011 ( THIS IS WRITTEN IN THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT) giving the finance company a conversion price of 0.000275. THIS WOULD ADD 3.6 BILLION SHARE TO THE OS for a total of 4.2 Billion shares OS and that's at today's price and you know its going a lot lower than that!!

look at page 6- The purchase will be adjusted based upon the terms of the investment agreement, which provides that the shares may be purchased by Macallan Partners, llc at a SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) DISCOUNT TO THE LOWEST TRADED PRICE OF THE SHARES DURING THE FIFTEEN (15) CONSECUTIVE TRADING DAYS immediately prior to the receipt by Macallan Partners of a put notice (as provided for in the investment aggreement), or a SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) DISCOUNT TO THE CLOSING BID ON THE DAY OF THE PUT NOTICE, WHICHEVER IS LOWER!!!!]
