I spoke to the SEC about an hour ago, and they asked for proof of contracts from the old Discover Card deal and the new American Express deal. They also asked for proof of contract information about the Internet property I acquired. We'll supply them 100% of the information they want today, and file the 10Q and the Atty Letter for the 10K. I asked the SEC representative if I supplied all the information today if they would left the suspension on Tuesday and she had to talk to her supervisor. I've never seen that happen before, so I'm guessing no matter what we're suspended for this 10 day period. On a good note the acquisition is still 100% on, and we'll move quickly on it as soon as the suspension is done. Tough way to end the week, but we should be fine.
