Tim we new this was happening and there was no one that could even if they wanted to, file any reports for the missing years as they would have no records available to file anything mission impossible, some one would have to have been elected as an officer to file who would have been prepared to organise it. The cry "why don't they do something" begs the question:- Who would "they" be? Who would organise it? Who would finance it? Whilst others sit on the side lines wishing for some one else to do it. Up till now no one so here we are game over for the present. Remember this has been swinging on it's own since JR left for a different realm when was that August 2011.
