Please show proof of the insiders not selling that you keep claiming. You state no form 4 correct? Have you ever known a pinky company to hold inforamtion so they can sell shares before filing financials? I was told the financils would be out a month ago, why haven't they been filed and announced? In Pinky land that is the norm. What you are stating are governed big board stocks.
