it is not about me being sure or not, it is about how things are right now with this ticker - things dont look so good.

until ur magical theory takes place about this somehow turning around and creating value, it is simply junk about to be revoked by SEC.

If you have evidence to contradict what came in 8K then say it. other than that, its another worthless subpenny.
