I got that report from stocklemon and emailed this message to them. Their email address is posted on their site:

I read your page on xsnx. The negatives are compelling, but you mention no positives. For example, they did win the 2005 World Technology Award, which I think Microsoft and Dell won years ago when they were little but a dream. Could it be contracts will come through with major glass manufacturers? The technology is in fact solid, and was licensed from a company that is listed on a dot gov site. I'll be happy to get the appropriate links if you wish.

They did not respond. I've heard they are a group of short sellers or naked short sellers. After their non-response, I believe it.
