When people say "Short Vol" - is this the same 'short' as in short selling a big board stock? If so, how does one short on the OTC? My brokerage wont allow it on penny stocks. Or is the 'short' you are referencing hear have another meaning?

I know your posts are limited B - so an answer from anyone would be appreciated. Just never understood this..
