The first PR issued 6 months ago or so said the same thing as today's PR. Also the 20 day summary judgement nonsense (on ihub) never mentioned protocol of a court hearing that would follow 3 months later.
No big deal to me.
I know none of it matters. Outside of promotion (remember MR ran this from 003 to 01 brining in billions in volume in 2 weeks) this market is always bear. It is not a matter of our attitude it is a matter of new eyes seeing the stock and buying in.

To dine with the classes must cater to the masses.
