Well if there are a lot of people who have more information than us poor outside investors have, then there may be a lot of accumulation at 3s today to get ready for positive news. I still am under the belief the court dragging is nothing more than an attempt by Playboy to come up with an acceptable settlement plan for CIRC and the judge. IMO. Just gut feeling.
