to decrease AS they should retire shares or do a buyback, if anything. price will take care of itself.

does anyone know where this RS talk started? was it here, between people who want to fill time during sideways trading days/weeks, or was this some other 'credible rumor'? The RS was cancelled back in March. Did a company official mention a possible future RS since then and I missed it?

imo RS will not be necessary for uplisting at the time the company will be looking at uplisting. now, or really anytime before fall, is a bad time to try that anyway; there's no reason to force the issue during this sector (& market) lull.
