is it safe to assume that china has just one of those floating drillers and therefore will be tied up sucking the blood from vietnam for a few years before they even have a chance to play out that same exact scenario in the reed bank???

how lucky are we that when they flipped the coin they went to vietnam first.........................i'm sure its because red vietnam doesnt have the support of world govts like the usa backed philipines.

the slim chance for sc72 is still alive for now.
