All Elite has to do is prove it! Now if Elite had named "that company" and I made that statement, I may agree with you. But that company still remains a secret. Until that happens, I was left with the interpretation that there was no credible valuation and was I saw was pure hype. I would think that a higher concern would be for the SEC to look at the public statements that Elite officials have made without providing reveal their source. To me that type of statement just doesn't sit right. It sounds, well it sounds, like hype.

To be clear Elite has not even provided a cause for keeping the name of the firm secret. Its silence on both fronts is an invitation to conjecture, speculation, and doubt.
